The way I see it is this...

All those that phoned up Empire were told items were out of stock or don't exist.

All those that ordered online had unlimited stock.

I wonder who is right ;D ;D

I think a lot of nonsense has been given by some of the Empire staff.

I guess they just wanted a quiet sunday shift and fobbed people off with any story they could think of to get people off the phones ;D ;D

I am not making any big thing out of it.

If they do not deliver the order I'll have wasted 1/2 hr and that's it. Since I do not really need any of the items ordered it is not a big deal - mind you it still have value.

But if I was making an order for something I really need that'd cause problems. That is why backend databases should be linked to the website. All major online retailers do that.

Remember we are not talking about a pricing mistake (in which case I'd agree with you entirely). This is a genuine pricing reduction empire decided and advertised and that may fail to honour.

see what comes if you dont like it just send it back you ring them they send the same courier round to collect it you have 2 weeks to see if you can sell it first LOL so its a win win situation :):)
