If I don't get the order, I don't really care...it was just the same with the Dell projectors.

If you read the small print somewhere it says your customer reference number will follow.You only get one of these if you have opened an account with them,after a few days,as for being a dodgy site i would never say 100% its not but with the phone orders going in too it is very highly unlikely.;)

Ordered the Sony digital camera on the website but it was taking ages for the pages to load, so telephoned them to order it, after loads of questions as I was a new customer, was told it was sold out. I have had a catalogue in the past so I know there will be no probs with the sign up, probably get the catalogue and loads of rubbish off others they have sold my name to now. I carried on with the order on their website just to see if it says sold out and it didn't, I have a confirmation email to say it will be delivered but not sure whether I will get it or not now, anyone having the same problem?

as far as i know you have to ring them up to get ur customer number, or wait for your bill!!!

He is right though. Some people order so many of the same item for purposes of reselling and it leaves few/none for others who just want one.

Maybe you ordered loads of the same item?
