I had to phone as the order went through to confirmation but i didnt receive an email confirmation...waited 2 hours so rang them......had no choice

so what youre saying is i wait so everyone else orders their stuff....hmm....that makes sense....

nope...i wanted to make sure my order went through thanks....but they couldnt tell...anyway my order confirmation came through an hour later.

I made the request to refrain from phoning ealier this morning (the last time, at about 10:30) simply. At that stage there was a fair chance this was all a pricing error and alerting them to it could have blown it for everyone. As you confirm, phoning them didn't do you any good at all and as it turns out I doubt it had any bearing on whether or not anyone will get any of these orders (but in the early stages of such a find you just don't know).

Please folks, lets not turn this into another bun fight between ourselves. Everybody just calm down, relax and see what tomorrow, Tuesday or even next week brings.

for goodness sakes the emails mean nothing ... all that matters is that they have the ability to fulfill your order .. and that you wont know until they say they cant.

now has anyone seen items reach critical level and say sold out during the day on their website ::)

I just wanted to thank whoever posted this offer.

Unfortunately, my peecee's security settings were set too high :-[ so I asked my partner if he'd try to ring the order through.

Initially he was told there was a possible 30 minute queue, but then got through within about 3 minutes.

We only ordered what we wanted, well I did , but according to whoever took the order there wasn't anything out of stock that he was aware of, and the goods should be sent out within 3 to 4 working days.

If not, nothing ventured etc.

Seaniboy & others. I've placed 3 orders today - all late morning/early afternoon (in between peeling the spuds and making the beds....well in fact I could have spring-cleaned the whole damn house waiting for the pages to load!!).

Haven't had a single email confirmation today either. I definitely put my email address in.

I've had a few problems with delayed emails lately, wouldn't have known but they were also cc'd to my work email addy.

I did wonder if it was a glitch with AOL who are, for my sins, my email provider :-[
