Hi there hope someone can help. It is my OH first time at running a Sunday league club and he needs to get some insurance. It is for roughly 16 players. At the minute we are havin so ridiculus quotes. I was wondering if anyone else has a similar experience.
Thanks In AdvanceV.L.W0 -

It is insurance for the team to play football. It saves any come backs if any injuries occur.V.L.W0

have you contacted the Local FA who the team will play under, they should normally be able to recommend or already have a deal in place you could subscribe into0

1. Check with the County FA you are affiliated to - some provide public liability cover automatically when you affiliate.
2. If you are playing on local authority pitches, they will sometimes include this in their pitch hire charges
3. When I've searched in the past, the best quote I had came from the Amateur Sports Association on 01424 215999Gwlad heb iaith, gwlad heb galon0 -
I am going on a adventure style group holiday (touring and some light trekking and elephant treks too!) plus some time backpacking for a week in Thailand. Total duration about 26 days.
Anyone recommend a decent insurance company that can cover for such type of travel?
I tried ACE who i used before and they said as it has elephant treking there standard cover will not cover me for whole trip. Shame as i liked there service.
I am not doing any water sports.0 -
my 15 year old son has started to play rugby on a regular basis and i wondered if any one could suggest an insurance company that would cover him personally.
many thanksliving on the "edge"0 -
Me and the OH are going to Mexico in a couple of weeks and are trying to sort out the travel insurance. He is wanting to be adventerous and try different water sports ie Parascending, Water Skiing and Jetskiing but we can't find any insurers that will provide full cover for Jetskiing. They seem to be offering personal accident and medical cover but not liability so if he falls off and injures himself he's covered but if he injures anybody else he could be looking at a mega ££££ claim.
Has anybody experienced this before and has any insurance company to recommend, we'd be most grateful for any advice.

Hi, I have got insurance for my trip to Australia but have just realised I am not covered for a sky dive.
I have asked for this to be added but the company I'm with do not cover sky dives.
Does anyone know of any companies that would cover me just for a sky dive?
Cheers, Mark0 -
Hi - try Insure & Go.
They seem very flexible about covering most of the dangerous sports as an extension of a normal travel insurance.
