    Off the top of my head, the loan was taken out in Feb 2003 and settled about March 2006
    If they're dissolved where can I go from here, any ideas?

    If it had been 2005 you would have had the option to go to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
    If I were you I would call the FOS and ask them to check if they are disolved and see what they say.

    Do the GISC rules still apply for the FSCS Pinknico..:confused:

    Also ask the FOS about First National still running the PPI even though the loan was settled.

    The FSCS doesnt cover any broker before 2005.
