Off the top of my head, the loan was taken out in Feb 2003 and settled about March 2006
If they're dissolved where can I go from here, any ideas?

If it had been 2005 you would have had the option to go to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
If I were you I would call the FOS and ask them to check if they are disolved and see what they say.

Do the GISC rules still apply for the FSCS Pinknico..

Also ask the FOS about First National still running the PPI even though the loan was settled.

Tribby, we need to know the EXACT company number for the one you used for the PPI as these seem to have some companies still running...;)
