A few good ones have made contact since the sites lauch, but you can appreciate that I am unable to recommend one, however there are a couple that I have decided to look into, just got to check what experience they have and have asked them for some case studies and references.
I am only interested in the companies that provide a true No Win No Fee, and they must be approved solicitors, and not a Claims Management Company.
Solicitors are the only people that can claim costs off the lender, Claims Management Companies cant, so they take a cut out of your payout.0 -

Hi, I am currently making a claim to LloydsTSB regarding miss-selling PPI. I still have 2 years to run on the loan, and need advice. If LloydsTSB do accept the claim, I understand that they will have to restructure the loan to take into account the cancellation of PPI.
My questions is, when the loan is restructured, and in the current climate regarding loans, can I be declined a restructure and then have to pay Lloyds the outstanding balance.Wins: £400 (Win O’Clock)0 -

Mine are 8/500, I have dissolvable, I think they go into your system quicker than tablet form.
The lady at boots told me when I bought some that if you join the Health Club (part of the advantage card) you can get co-codamol half price:eek::wave:0 -
I have just sent an email to M & S Money giving them seven days to deal with my complaint or I will forward everything to FOS who I have already spoken to.
It is over eight weeks since I sent my first letter.
Do you think I am pushing them too hard & could this jepoardise my complaint?0 -
