  • Hi Di,

    Thanks for your quick reply

Yes, we arranged the loan directly with Firstplus.

Further to Martin's letter do I request for them to cancel the PPI policy and refund all the premium amount paid (plus interest)?

    Thanks for your advice,

    Hi hun

    Your very welcome x

Right then, so its FirstPlus you write to - to complain.;)

Now this is your option hun if you want to cancel this, they still have to repay the whole lot of the PPI back to you as if you did not take the PPI with the loan from the start with the interest as well.

I don't think the repayments will come down by much though if you cancel now as its after the cooling period, and I think Marshallka who will most probably be back later can confirm this as she had a loan with this company.;)

HI! Has anyone any success in reclaiming from RBS and MBNA? Just sorting letters out to send to these 2 for the PPI reclaim on credit cards and looking for some success stories to give me faith!!
Hi Lisaa I dont know about ppi with RBS but i claimed my bank charges back from them and with only one letter, i claimed £749 and i got £749 with no worries, i hope it will be the same with the ppi, it worth a try anyway. You go for it you have nothing to loose. Sarah xxx
