    Hiya Sarah hunni.;)

Oh hun I am so sorry to not have posted back yet..... , I intended on doing so then it slipped my mind.....:o , glad you posted again and I am sure one of the others would have noticed.;)

Blimey that is very low..... , I would not be happy with that amount to be honest hun.

Now from here then I would take your complaint to the Financial ombudsman service, also send the finance company a copy of the complaint form.

With the form to go back to the FOS enclose copies of any correspondence and anything you feel to support this.

Tell the finance company, your not happy with the offer, so now you are taking this to to Financial ombudsman to investigate this for you.;)

Its a big difference, somehow when I read your first post about this yesterday I thought it has said £890, how I don't know......silly me:o

I would not be happy with that amount either.

Also put on the complaint form to, they made you an offer, but your not happy with this as the amounts are a lot more compared to the offer.;)

Just let me know if you want more help here hun.:A xxxx

Hi Sarah not a problem, we are here for you always, we just have a chatter in between posts lol, right chatterbox me lol......:rotfl: :rotfl: , please feel free to join in as well hunni.;) :A

If they said its the final response, then its time to move on to the FOS, some give you a chance to write to them again even if they have enclosed the FOS leaflet etc.

If they have given you this option of writing to them again, you can go for this if you want to, or go to the FOS.

You can tell them you wish for them to reconsider your complaint as you strongly believe you were mis sold and believe the insurance would not cover you.

Does it say anything in your terms and conds that you would not be covered for this hun whilst being self employed?

    Just to double check?;)

And hunni we are never too busy to help.....;) :A , post anytime.
