Glad I've got mine done with and yes that is so true, its still all hanging nicely in his wardrobe lol.....:D .

I don't mind a bit of ironing, its the bedclothes that winds me up  , and then stripping the beds and putting on clean duvet covers, I always end up inside them myself.......:o :rotfl: :D lol
God I don't iron bedding or towels or tea towels and only the cuffs and collar on shirts (if any wears one in our house!!).

Hello everyone, well it is official. When it comes to consumer credit agreements and issues the FOS is rubbish.
They will not uphold my complaint against Redcats.
    Their reasons:
They cannot say whether or not a credit agreement is enforceable. No problem didnt expect them to.
They cannot investigate the PPI. I knew this anyway.
The conclusion that really made me mad was this:

"We wont ask the company to refund the late payments of £27 because they offered to clear the balance of £450 and you refused this so it would not be appropriate to ask them to refund a lesser amount"

They did not offer to clear the balance they just did it and were going to default me. An offer to clear the balance would have been a goodwill gesture with no strings attached.

The company even sent me a letter saying the balance had been cleared in human error and any ADVERSE stuff put on my credit file as a result would
    be reversed.
How is that an offer to clear the balance and why should I say yes to an offer that gives me a default?? And why should I not get my charges back just because I didnt want a default on my file??

Can you tell I am fuming!!!!!!!!!

I havent written back to point all this out and ask that my complaint goes to the Ombudsman.
Goodluck with yours Bathgatebuyer, hope you have better luck.xx

I will not iron tea towels or towels etc, mum in law does:eek: .....:D

I iron about 8 shirts a week as Jamie gets through these for work etc, some are a right pain to iron...... , he also has some that requires the minimum of ironing, shame they were not all like that..... .

We could write a song about PP (pigging) I perhaps...:p

    1ST VERSE

I want to claim my ppi

it was sold to me by a guy

Who pressured me into signing it

To find it wasnt worth a s--t

If only i could go back in time

And tell the oft about this crime

All my complaints, letters and calls

Are making me mad and climbing the walls

so if insurance is what you need

get the agreement and make sure you read

make sure everything is all above board

cos these people are well known for fraud

And if you wana come here for any advice

ask for max marsh or di

cos there all so bllody nice:eek:
:j Let him who be deceived ,be deceived:j
