    Hi Natalie

With the first one last year which is done and dusted now after 14months, every few weeks, once I knew it was being dealt with by the adjudicator.

This time round for me, I was getting in touch with the adjudicator every week or 2 if no letter to tell me the updates.

Hubby has wrote to them several times, even by posting, as he is still waiting for his 2 cases to be passed on from July 2008...... , also emailed them ever 2-3 weeks but nothing, he is going to ring them on Monday.
Have you sent them proof of all the bank and mortgage etc...

    Hi Natalie.

Until it goes to an Adjudicator it can take up to a year. If you contact them you will just be told that you are in the system. It used to be that we were encouraged to contact them anytime. Recently people have been getting very short replies saying basically the more you bother us the longer the claims will take,. What stage are you at.
It is a year now isn't maxdp. I think when i joined the thread it was 6 months on average for it to be passed and now its a year and then the wait whilst with the adjudicator too in case they kick up a fuss. Its so frustrating.

lol don't worry hun, I did say every few weeks with mine:rolleyes: , but I do remember there was a time I was emailing every day as well......:o .
Sometimes though we have to keep on, if you don't hear anything through the post for a long time, we bound to get anxious as well.;)

FOS are asking Tesco PF for further information about the case & when this is received it will be passed to an adjudicator.
Tesco will take their time as well I bet cause they give themselves more time than the 8 weeks to resolve the complaint. Also the FOS do not give time limits so I was told for information to be given from the company...
