I am trying to help people and your constant berating and questioning is getting a little annoying. Do you want people to help on this board, if so lose the playground attitude, if not i will gladly leave allowingyou to relay incorrect information to people.
Pension transfers = documents kept indefinitely
Other charges i.e loans and mortgage = 5 years0 -
I am not sure if this article is relevant but I took out a loan in March/April of thiis year to repay all of the credit cards I had and therefore just have one lump sum (consolidation I am sure is the word). I took this out with my bank NatWest but believe that I may have been falsely sold payment protection which I may not need. Is there any way of claiming this back? :cool:0

I have not given out incorrect information on this and it is 6 years that they hold records for. Martin himself says it in the guide....
Is your policy older?
If your policy ended over six years ago and you have the paperwork: Reclaim, although your chances of success are reduced, as it will depend on what you can remember about the sale.
If your policy ended over six years ago and you do not have the paperwork: It's unlikely there will be records and unlikely the reclaim will be successful.0 -

I too am sick of Credit-Crunched and wish we could ban them from this site. People like them make me really angry:mad: . If they are not happy then go and play somewhere else. If I were you I would ignore any post they make. Keep up the good work
I have never been treated like this from anyone on here before. I feel annoyed at the moment and all I did was backed up what I believe in and what I am doing daily on here in helping people make complaints about missold PPI. If you look back over credit crunched first posts on this thread they slated PPI reclaimers and I fought back as I will "always". I have no intention of getting into a playground slanging match back although I do need to cool down.0 -
Well done! Glad to hear Egg being sensible with PPI refunds :beer:Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0

Lol i think you mis-read the post, its not her thinking of leaving. You say ban them?
I am one person, not a company i thought it was a witty name.
Please feel free to ignore my posts, however some people have found them useful. I do have some useful things to offer i just find the "local place for local people" attitude a little bit childlike.
and please do not get angry, an internet forum is not worth it.0 -

neither do i, i am not a company, its jsut a name as it yours.
All i was initially trying to do was show that not all people are valid claimants, and the barrage of false claims will jsut harm those who were genuinley mis-sold. I want to help those people, not the ones after a quick buck.0 -
