Get a court case going NOW!!!! or at least write stating it...
I've spent all day doing my letter also sent another copy to OFT FSA and Competition commission as before.
Just got to be patient now.

Seen a lot of angrey people mis-sold the PPI. I couldnt belive that i was paying more for the PPI than the interst on my loan. madness what the banks can get away with. they didnt even tell me! Well i have hit back, in looking around i found these guys cleartoday.com and because i have been missold the PPI they are looking not to just reclaim bakc the PPI payment but write off the whole loan. i will be chuffed let the bank have a bit of their own medicine. haha.0

What date was the final response.???
Even if you have new queries then its still about the misselling here they could say??0 -
marshallka wrote: »Right, if you have a final response then that is usually it and you then have 6 months from then to take the complaint to the FOS.

Hi, the letter was dated23 january  ! BUT it only says '... if I have any evidence...' and '...unable to provide further evidence...' it doesnt say anywhere about 6 months/weeks.
Please dont tear your hair out at me repeating myself! If you honestly think Im wasting my time pursuing it, Ill accept your advice gracefully and spit my dummy out and sulk till the kids come in! :rotfl: x0 -

Swift loan taken out Feb 05 repaid Nov 06 - but completely stung by them in interest - long story
Welcome loan taken out - August 05 repaid Nov 06.
To cut a long story short. Both were secured loans, Swift hiked up the final redemption figure in Nov 06 by nearly £2000 when I re-mortgaged which left in a complete financial mess. Grrrr. BUT, im now beginning to deal with it all s l o w l y but surely!:o x0 -
Yes had two claims with MBNA on credit cards. One paid back before going to FOS about 3,000.00 the other about 1000,00 with FOS Adjudicator right now.:rotfl:
Hi maxdp
Did you find reclaiming from MBNA straightforward?
As I said in a previous post - I don't have the paperwork and can't really remember the details of why/how I took it out. I was full time employed at the time and don't have any pre-existing medical conditions. Am I just chancing my arm here?0 -
