Hi Nicola and welcome.

When it comes to missed payments I am not sure how this works, but I take it that it should not make any difference, if you believe you were mis sold, which would help reduce your loan if successful in reclaiming this back.

You can check out some PPI info and the mis selling check list, if any of this occurs to you, then send a letter of complaint.

You will also come across a letter template to help you through this, but try to use your own words as much as possible with your own reasons of why you feel you were mis sold.

They have 8 weeks to respond to you.
If not successsful first time round, write another until you receive the final response which should mention about the financial ombudsman service.

We will take it from there, but if you keep us posted we can help guide you of where to go next.
Always post by recorded post in order to keep a check on the 8 week timescale, hopefully you will hear before with a response in your favour.;)

Had funny bloods now for years but now this...At least not leukemic cells so one good thing.. white are high but nothing in them.

It would explain a lot though..

Blimey I bet you were surprised to hear of that........lupus, that's not nice is it ?:eek: Sorry to hear that....... and arthritis in your spine "ouch" !

So you still have to go back then for screening?
When is your appointment?

I have a job to speak today........I know its nothing compared to your problems Marshallka, but my voice has totally gone, so hubby has some quiet today:o , I do have a problem though I'm unable to speak to anyone on the phone and was going to ring the adjudicator today, I was talking to mum on the phone earlier and had to whisper - that was a right struggle....... , so I will email the adjudicator again for now I think.

Got more bloods next week.. these are to test for anticoagulants . Then Autoantibody screen too and more clotting ones. There are white cells high, platelets high and also clotting factor is high and something else which I did not understand. I was told over the phone last week they were fine. . She told me today that she had had a report from the hospital requesting the others as so many factors are out and they were now going to look at lupus. I hads checks for Leukimic cells four years ago and nothing thank god and then I have had so many unexplained things. The kidney is full of nodules but works and my BP tabs are specially for kidney probs. Might not be it but would explain lots. I was just surpised.

I will now go back to this PPI thing.

I see singlep has been on. Going to have a read through the posts and will give you a hand later. Just got some bits and bobs to do and get back... Maxdp, will be back to your email in a short while.

There is lots of this about. Have you had the flu jab Di.. ?

Plenty of fluids and try to rest your voice.

You must be feeling confused both relieved and concerned Marshallka. It does make sense though about BC and things and other symptoms. How will you manage the symptoms have they discussed that? They were the two things I wondered about in messages a couple of weeks ago.

At least if they confirm this you know what you are dealing with. There is nothing worse than knowing you are unwell and nobody taking you seriously. Take care Marshallka:kisses:

Yes had flu jab almost 2 months ago, also had the pnumonia jab a few years back, but have always kept up with flu jab every year.
I have not stopped drinking tea, and my other drinks are honey and lemonade.

Hope all goes well for you now with all those tests you have to go through.
Its about time something was done, but I am so sorry to hear about this lupus thing........ .
