Just on a different note. Do you remember we were talking about psychotherapists and psychologists the other day. I am sure you picked up my very high opinion of them:rolleyes: Anyway just on a fun note PSYCHOTHERAPIST can be broken into three words.
Psycho the rapist... Tee Hee that just about sums up my feelings.:D

Sorry to any therapists out there. That is just my opinion and we are all justified in our own opinion.

    Just having a laugh:eek:

  • Talking of LTSB.............I wrote to them earlier in the year about PPI on a loan i had with them and they wrote back claiming i didn't have any PPI on the loan!

How can i prove i did if i dont have any of the original paperwork?
Do they by law have to supply me with the details of the loan as i'm making a formal complaint?

Thanks in advance for any advise posted

We still talk when he comes on the occasional weekend, I've kinda given up on him, feel like everything I tried to do to help was just thrown back in my face he just was not bothered. He and my hubby did not get on either (not my hubbys son) so I was piggy in the middle.

Well enough of me bleating on, life throws these things at us for a reason.

Dreamer hunni I am so sorry to hear of this, and its not nice being piggy in the middle, I have been there, I hope things get better for you sweetie.:A xxx

WOw Maxdp, are you that against psychotherapy... I think its far better than tablets long term... if you are depressed often changes in your thinking and the way you view things is what is needed. We all pick up habits from the people around us if we allow... .

Tell me more why you are so agains them??

    Hi there hun
Contact them for a copy of your loan agreement, the details should be on there which will prove one way or another.;)
It may be free or they may charge a £1 for this but if you want to I would request a SAR where they have to provide absolutely everything they have on you.

Let me know if you want the SAR template for this or if you want to check to see if they supply you with the agreement first its up to you.

    Good luck

You can request a copy of the agreement for quickness. Write recorded delivery and enclose £1.

I know and my dad would be turning in his grave at what I have done but it is the way of life.. Their generation was if you had not got it you did not have it... I spent ages living like that as a single parent and working and must say a lot less stressful in one way...we did not have anything but we got by..

Yes I totally agree, when I was a single parent in my little council house I had such fun in life. No hasstle at all, then when I moved on, I think the more I got in life later on the less happy I felt and more stressed I got.

Mind you irresponsible lending did not help either.

When my kids turn their noses up at food I keep telling them about the little children who don't get any food only rice sometimes, I've quoted it that much that they now quote it to me before I've even said, but kids today don't now how lucky they are.

Yeah but they will never have to understand as they will most probably never have to go through it...
