Does anyone know of any legislation relating to transfer of PPI funds owed to the customer, whether they have to pay by cheque or if the customer is in debt or arrears on another account if they have the right to just pay that off

    Thanks

    K x

    Hi there;)

To what I am aware of if there is debt/arrears still on that actual account if this was the one to do with the PPI reclaiming, they tend to do refund on that account by reducing what is owed and so, however if its not that actual account I think you should try to request this in writing to come back to you direct.
Unless someone confirms otherwise, keep a check on the posts.;)
    Good luck X
