Di we had lots of snow started mid day. In south east of england. Have 2 inches that have laid. More to come OMG my son is absolutely distraught in case he cannot get to school:eek: tomorrow.
That will get him out of bed just so he can check the school web site to see if school is closed. He will be in tears if he cannot go in. NOT:eek:0 -
Its either just shutting down or freezing, my eldest son normally helps if I have problems with this but he worked overtime today and dropped off to sleep now he's home, I think defraging may help it, what do you think?
Me and technology........I have not got a clue.....:o0 -
Hi everyone,
hope you all o.k. Well just to re-cap Halifax have not yet given me thier full and final response even though the eight week period was up on 26/1/09
so do you think it would be better to phone them (FOS) and tell them over the phone as i would get a reference number there and then
Halifax did write to me on 27/1/09 asking for more time, but i think they have had long enough now.
Thanks in advance
Hi Nutmeg
Hope your well.;)
Yes I would move on to them now - they have had their chance, even though you may get something from them in the post tomorrow, if not then yes contact the FOS for a form and ref number, because by telephone I think they give a give this, as you know you can also download a form online but will not get a ref number straight away.;)
Remember to get them photocopied after completion, keep one for yourself, obviously one to the FOS with any copies of correspondence, and send one on to Halifax as well, write to the them, as you've not heard anything, you have moved your complaint on to the FOS to investigate, and enclose a copy of the complaint form for their records.
Hopefully while your complaint is within the FOS Halifax will respond with a favourable response for you, if that is the case then just let the FOS know.X
Your right hun, they have had ample time to respond, you go for it.:DX

It sound like you may need to do a virus check and if that comes up all clear then do a defrag, can u restore back abit maybe that might help? xxxsarah
Hi hun
Done a virus check and that was fine, so will defrag later, and maybe do a system restore, that is something I forgot about, thanks hun.:TX
