We need to get hold of that telephone transcript (or an admission from HFC that they've lost it!) before we can go for them in a big way.

2wks ago,i got a letter bk this wk saying they wanted a copy of my licence and passport so i rang em 2day and sorted that,

They said they will start the process as from 2day:eek:

I have some really good ammo on my side but ive never used it on a secured loan
