Ok, boo, what we need to know is:

How much the loan was for in total (without the ppi) what you used the loan for (ie was it all debt consolidation, all cash or was it a mixture of both, and is it a regulated agreement under the CCA?

I think but not 100% sure the initial loan was 8k to consolodate cards and bits like that,

No cash to me involved and i think it was regulated

When was the loan roughly taken out, what was the ppi premium, and are you 100% sure that you didn't draw down any cash from the loan?

Dec 2006 no cash drawn on it and all i know is i pay £45 p/m for the ppi,

Like i say ive sent of for all my info in a sars request,so untill that comes these are only approx figures but they arnt a million miles away

Dude you wouldnt blieve the hassle on the phone today,just to get to the sars request team,

No one in hfc knew what i was talking about,

All i really want is the true copy of the origonal agreement to get all the figures from that,and may be the telephone calls to see just what i agreed to,


Im not sure if it was missold as i cant remember that far back,so im just trying my luck:rotfl:
