That's better! Hi Everyone...
Still no news from Lloyds so since it was the end of the 8 weeks this week, I got on the phone to them to check they had received my 2nd letter to them....NO...she said...Despite the fact I sent it recorded delivery. She said to send a copy of the letter straight back in the post and she was going to mark my records as urgent. She then said to get on to the post office and find out if it had been delivered. I did get on the PO, a very very annoying press this, press that, press the bleedin' other, and then I had to give my reference number to some recorded voice who then told me my letter had been delivered on the 19th Dec before 1129 (how precise)....I have printed another copy of the letter off ready to post back to Lloyds tom, and I shall be putting a note in to explain about the original letter and that the PO have confirmed it was delivered.
Phew...sorry guys and gals just needed to get that off my chest!! And heres me been waiting anxiously for the bloody postman for the past 2 weeks:-(((

Hi Sharibe
Lloyds take forever in my experience with mine and my husband's complaints, they stall and stall, you can still go to the FOS now if you want to, afterall you have your proof and you should not really have to send the letter again.... , however by doing this I would ask them to respond to you within 7-14 days now then, because you've done your bit, its all down to them to get this right now.;)
Get it off your chest and rant as much as you want to, it will make you feel better.....:T, good luck hun, we are here for you.:A X

It was the template one but with a few more bits of info from me which I hadn't stated the first time round and also pointing out to them that one of the forms they sent me which was for one of my loans (am trying to claim ppi on 3 x loans) where they say that they recommend ppi blah blah was not signed by either myself or the member of staff!0 -

if you go on the post office website, you can put your ref number in there and it'll show you the signature of the person who signed for the letter.0 -
