No worries hun, their time will come (although they hav been fined already)

Its just not fair is it though ?

All mis selling matters should be dealt with by the FOS I believe, its so wrong to be mis sold and like some other financial products that were under jurisdiction etc, its besides the point, this mis selling should still be dealt with covered or not !!:mad:

No wonder all these firms have got away with it, okay its getting tougher now because its now a big issue since Jan 2005, but like I said its so unfair, mis selling is mis selling, we have all lost out because of it somehow

Both mine and Pinknico's we received the FSCS forms the same time and sent them back the same time, I have emailed but not yet received a reply... , they said weeks ago they started the investigation on Twopart/eloan but heard nothing since.

It is the number for the FSCS you have isn't is maxdp?
I do have the normal tel numbers here and I was getting the same as Pinknico before that someone would get back.
