Marshallka, you said on a previous thread to me to take my case to the FOS for Unfair rebate against the Insurer of the Policy (how can I find out who the Insurer is) the Company is REDCATS Vertbaudet Catalougue.

I previously filed a complaint to the FOS, but it got rejected as the REDCATS were not regulated prior to Jan 2004, policy misold in Dec 2003!!! The redcats gave me a very tiny rebate several months ago...they keep telling me no MORE!! Bums....

So, how do I go about an unfair rebate and will the FOS throw it out again.
P.s I requested a policy document, as I never got one. And in it, in black and white it says that you can complain to the FOS. Plus I never even met certain criterias too - not working (full tme mum)
Can you help me a little please

Sorry to hear of this....... , but I see that our Marshallka has replied to you on this....:D .

There is a way around these issues, its just knowing which one to take, but whichever direction you do take next - lets hope its the winner.;)

Good luck Angel, keep it going as frustrating as it is, as you will know by now both myself and Marshallka has had ours thrown back to us also..........2nd time round, but hey this could be 3rd time lucky.;)
Its the insurers next, and can see that Marshallka has already explained the situation.;)

Gary has rung back , waste of time, he wouldnt say anything over the phone,
not even the usual spiel. Just kept repeating that they would reply to my earlier email
Why cant they just reply on the phone:mad:

Bet they have an email all set up to just press send and dont want to deal with an hysterical woman:rotfl:

I'm gonna check out the last time I heard from them (FSCS), seems like ages ago but it was probably only weeks lol, bet they think "she is very impatient".....:o :rotfl: lol

My last email was 7 October to say they had just started their investigatons on Twopart/eloan, and it was the end of Sept they requested for further info in order to continue with the investigation.

I have tried everything but court with these and when I have the money that is the route I will be taking.

Di, its about the PPI on a catalogue account so cannot go for unfair rebate. When Angel posted the post i did not know who it was about and said to her if it was a loan then to perhaps go for unfair rebate...
