Cant find magnifying glass. But there is no writing just a line.

If this was an offer and/or final offer and your not satisfied you could ask them if they will do this, if not you can then take your complaint to the Financial ombudsman service if you want to go this direction if unsuccessful.

It was just an offer and I do have the full calculations. I am going to ask for more I have decided as they hae admitted the error.
