With my Liverpool Victoria SAR I received 3 sheets of paperwork and that was that......:eek: , a tenner for that !
That was a loan that I had in 2003.

They just came back with a load of old shiittt saying they didnt have to supply me with a true copy of a executed agreement but just give me a sample of an agreement that they said i would of signed,

An SAR is defo something that you had to request then....;)

God its bad enough the posty loosing my recorded sars request to hfc,so now i have to do it all over again,

What with me not signing the 1st request and the posty loosing this one latest one,

Its starting to do my nappa in,

So doing the credit card for a few mesely quid doesnt seem to be worth it:rotfl:

Well i track and traced it and they havent delivered it yet,

I paid for recorded next day and that was a week ago:mad:

Did you post by recorded delivery Boo to check this on the royal mail website ?

Another thing as well, although I expect you have checked, but your bank account, have £10 come out I wonder ??

Boo sometimes the online tracking doesn't confirm, you need to ring the royal mail, if you've not done so yet hun.;)
They should be able to confirm this for you.

Boo if you get any problems from these you can contact the ICO as you know and there is also some info OTR about this as well, will have to check this out.;)

I have had times where it dosent show on track and trace but it has been delivered . Check with HFC first and as Di says has the check been cashed?
