When we lived in England, we used to open out garden for charity and in order to keep the visiting children amused. I stencilled silhouettes of different fairies around the bottom of the fences, for the children to find0 -
Well my daughter wants a flying unicorn! I'd consider her only wanting a fairy a lucky escape;)0

Could you get her one of those fairy doors for the garden and say even though she can't have a real fairy as it's cruel, this will enable the fairies to visit more often? She could put the door in her bedroom maybe
For the unicorn request, could you get a horseshoe and paint it white with lots of glitter on it. Leave a train of fairy dust (glitter) from her bed to the window and a note from the unicorn saying they can't stay in the house because they like nice open meadows and enchanted forests, but they've left her their shoe for luck or something to that effectComping, Clicking & Saving for Change0 -
Why don't you tell her you have adopted a fairy for her like you do animals at the zoo? Find a photo of a fairy and send that to her, sprinkled with fairy dust (glitter) telling her that it is her adopted fairy. You could get her to write to the fairy and you could write the replies back to her yourself. Now and then you could send her little gifts from her fairy. Sorry if this is a stupid idea!
Love this idea - it's soooo cute! I might just steal it for one of the Christmas gifts I'm giving this year.Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not after you.:p

As a child I used to have flower fairies and the secret garden set, have a look on ebay.

i had a freshly caught pixie once in a jar!!! really i did. it had a hessian jar cover on tied with string and a lovely tag! the pixie was just a small ornament glued to a base of small glued together stonesand twigs which resembled the outdoors!x it was really cute think would be quite easy to do one.think any children would be pleased to own one! x the tag could say something like: freshly caught fairy, please look after her she will bring you luck.
i forgot to mention the jar was hexagonal and lay horizontally!:starmod::starmod::starmod::starmod::starmod::starmod::starmod::starmod::starmod::starmod:0 -
