The 5MP Tescos one Premier DS5080 is digital zoom only, as is the 3MP one. As I and op1 notes though, digital zoom is rubbish, especially on cheap cameras such as these.
It takes .AVI movie clips (no sound), 320x240 and seems to carry on as long as you have memory available, although bear in mind as I've mentioned earlier that the movies look awful

Just because a camera is 5mp does not mean its good or bad.
As a camera for party photos or just to carry around with you it may well be ok.
so if it gets broken its not the end of the world.
It maybe better to pay a few quid more for a cheap olympus which you can research all the features and other users veiws on the net.
My cannon is only 3.2mp but I never need prints more than 10 x 8 inches and I crop the images alot .
so more mega pixels would just mean less photos before the flash card is full !Were all Dooooooooomed !0
