The kitchen still hasn't had it's deep clean, I'm a bad OS'er...


But it has had it's grime layer added to - cooking is just more interesting, don't you think?

Hobnobs. sausage casserole, jacket spuds, cupcakes and a mince "hotpot"

Im not sure I can answer you, Im having trouble just travelling around the threads, keep coming out of this one and cant find a quick way of getting back!!
I found the Grocery challenge a good place to start with all the recipes and tips.

Canidothis: the easiest way to make it easy to keep coming back to a particular thread is to subscribe to it. Click on "Thread Tools" on the green bar just above the first post on each page, and select "Subscribe to this thread". If you have posted on a thread, you are automatically subscribed to it anyway.

Then, when you want to come back to the thread, click on User CP (on another of the green toolbars at the top of each page - just above the red "start here" button. This will bring up a list of all your subscribed threads that have new posts on them (and there's a link at the bottom of that list to reveal all your subscribed threads which don't have new posts).

I have my User CP page as my homepage so I can always see threads which I've subscribed to when I first log on

Hi all

Bit late today as I was at work till five and have then been watching hannah montanah marathon with dd6 as she was at her grandads yesterday and i missed her. At half eight she said 'more than anything in the world, I want to make cakes right now!" So we did. But....... she always like to smell things and taste things while we are cooking so she was just dipping her finger in the cocoa powder when she fell off the kitchen counter:eek: :eek: We had to leave the kitchen as it was just a giant cloud of cocoa.

Bless her but god knows how she fell off the counter. She sits on it every time I cook or bake.

Now my Oh will have to spend half his day off cleaning the floor, the walls, the tiles, the oven, the sink and the cupboards:p

I hope you feel better Diva, I know its not the same but I fell over in a supermarket recently:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: My shoes both went flying in opposite directions and I skidded about 10 foot.......on a grape. I was mortified. I couldn't even make a fuss as my OH works there.

Does anyone have a good recipie for halloween biscuits.... nothing that includes cocoa though as I am all out:D

CanIdothis - no it doesn't get better, there is always something new to learn so it is really addictive. BTW fumble pie sounds nice

KLA - this is the most wonderful thread - I hope you see this post as it is late and another thread will start tomorrow, but it is the most wonderful place. I am not very good at OS yet, but I aspire, and people here are so supportive and knowledgeable.
