Just ordered one of these from misco.co.uk. A gorgeous looking telly and great spec for the price don't you think?
EDIT: I cannot in all good conscience recommend this TV now that I have bought one myself and experienced it's shortcommings. The first one I recieved had a high pitched unbearable whine emmiting from it, this sound vanished just 12 hours before it was picked up for replacment, which puts me in a very awkward position regarding the warranty (see quote below) The replacement they dropped off has a distortion in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. It isn't apparent when the TV is first switched on, but after the telly has warmed up a bit and some heat expansion occurs, the distortion is visible when anything dark is displayed. I've been unable to ring Hannspree about this during opening hours (9am - 5:30pm) and they have so far failed to reply to emails.
I apologise to anyone who bought one due to my recommendation, and then had problems with it
Warranty quote:
In the event that a LCD-TV returned for repair is found not to be valid warranty claim, the end-user/owner will be invoiced for the full value of the supplied LCD-TV and service, plus carriage charges incurred.

If you do it's all in your head mate, lol!
I see what you mean though. I'm a new member, I post a nice pic of the telly etc.
I was just chuffed with my purchase that's all. Haven't recieved the telly yet, should have it by Wednesday at the latest, I hope!?
I had a good look around the net before buying this. Not really all that read up on LCD tellys and such, but it seems like a good deal, and I really like the look of it besides the price. Good deal or not, Y/N?0 -
We have a 32" Hannspree, and it is great, better picture than some more expensive LCD's0

It was the fact that the link ends up with "&sourceid=2003" which made me wonder...Thanks to all who post constructively.

I like it and it has had good reviews. There's a two year collect and return warranty too.0 -

Cheers that's reassuring
Delivery date is 28th October! Can't wait0 -
The only thing with a Hannspree is you can't link them up to sky remote properly so volume doesn't work. We have to use two remotes - one for sky and one for volume.0

I like the look of the TV but can you 'tilt' the screen - looks fixed.
Currently using a PC monitor with TV card and you can tilt it depending on if I'm sat up, or being lazy and lying down lol!0
