Hi Jacks
This is my first time officially & I'm going for 20. But I got paid on the 20th so will go from 20/10 to 20/11 if that's ok - it works in my head better!
And I'm excluding my £2 a day train fare to work.
My biggest challenges will be avoiding hot chocolate at work & bottles of wine after work. And a bit of frittering on kids stuff. And nipping to Tesco for a bottle of milk & a loaf of bread that ends up costing £15.
Anyway I've already done 5 since 20/10 :j

Woohoo my lovelies! :j
Look at how long the list is getting!
I fully expect to see on the news that Our li'l NSD thread been described as a major factor in the retail slump this month! :rotfl:
Kmac_Edin and Seese75 I think starting nice and easy is the way to go my lovelies. It's not how many you do anyway - it's about the subtle changes to how we think about spending, and altering the mindless, routine or impulsive spending habits that we all have that is the goal here.
And you'll get such a kick out of achieving your total that next month you'll probably want to do evenmore!
Ooh and those "regular as clockwork, no choice about it" spends. Best not to count them I think.
I'm loving the "keep it in the family" vibe ilovetea and little_miss_moneysaver! My Mum lurks on MSE but I haven't spotted a post yet... (Where are you Mum???! )
Love Jacks xxx
PS Bone Idle is right! We're on page 3 (Ooerrr!) and most of us haven't even started November officially yet  - it's going to be a busy month!!!Not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted. Einstein0 -
Opps didnt see the november thread. This month I will go for 20 with the hope that I can do a fair few more :rotfl:0
