You can do this however you like Loopy!
I count anything I get my purse out for, but I don't count bills going out of the account.
Lots of people don't count "essentials" but just their incidental day to day spends.

I would like to be counted in, and am aiming for 14 days. Though I do have to do a daily allowance of £3.20 for children to get to school. So I wont be including their travel as a spend otherwise I would NEVER have a no spend day, Nor my £1 that gets transferred into savings account EVERY day.19th March 2007 LBM£5,969.63 1st January 2018 £5960.18, 1st January 2019 £11,032.0018th August 2023 £12,435.00, Student Loan £22244.00 From 2009-12Challenges: To learn to stop spending..0
