Please can you add me to the Official List of Motivation with a target of 4 NSDs please Jacks? I haven't worked out the logistics of what I'm going to include, or how it's going to work for me yet, so I thought one a week might be an achievable goal to begin with and I shall have to work it out as I go along.

Can you put me down for 12 NSDs in November please? I've got my 10/10 so far in Oct, today was actually the 11th, but it's half term so can't see me having any more til next week!
I'm not going to count the weekly shop this time - just the extra times I nip into the local shops during the week.

Not tried this before but budget is really tight next months, so I will give 15 a go and see how I do. Done most of my xmas shopping so should be able to manage this.
