Ginger's great. At least, it beats bald and grey.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

We are. Mrs Generali is still livid with a young lady who stopped writing to me when she found I was ginger haired when I was 14 y/o.

She'd be more livid if you were in regular, intimate contact, I imagine.

I love red hair - it's unusual and gorgeous.

Oy, nothing wrong with us fair-haired types.

Are Aspies allowed to have a sense of humour? Maybe you've been misdiagnosed?
Aspies have a sense of humour, but it's often inappropriate. I can make the logical/jokey connections, along the lines of dry humour. This tends to offend a lot of people and I often use it inappropriately and upset/offend people from the start.

I can make the humour, I can't always see it. I often completely miss any jokes - and grab the wrong part and thrash it to death because I make the wrong connection and won't let go until I "understand" what the heck somebody said/meant. Which then leads to an instant break down in communication and I run away to lick my wounds, never understanding !!!!!! went on/wrong.

Saying something like that in another (scarey) part of these forums would have had me torn limb from limb because I am not in their clique and I know nothing of cliques.

Intelligent people understand where I'm coming from.
Unfortunately, in real life, I rarely encounter them.
In real life, most people I have come into contact with are, well, thick. And thick people do seem to get stroppy quickly.

    :)

I'm pretty thick, but rarely get stroppy.
