    My Dad's advice. You spend 2 years teaching them to talk and walk, and the next 16 trying to get them to sit down and shut up.

    We are. Mrs Generali is still livid with a young lady who stopped writing to me when she found I was ginger haired when I was 14 y/o.

    Apparently the tradition in Southern Italy is that Judas was Ginger.

    The Northern French reckon that Ginger people smell funny.

    A good mate has a favoured expression, "Beaten like a ginger stepchild".

    I would prefer my kids not to have red hair. It makes childhood harder and i would like them to have a wonderful life, as much as is possible.
