Well done licklegibbon and galant & glanats sister!!:T:T

I was busy doing my MACAW - sat using the exercise bike while reading my textbook, not easy when it one of the ones where the handles move backwards and forwards as well .... I forgot how uncomfortable it can be though :o My bottom hurts :o:o My legs started aching so I have no idea how long I was on there (no more than 15 minutes though for sure), but I thought I'd stop before I got too sore.

Maybe everyone is watching Autumnwatch? I'm recording it for DD ;) Best get on...

Did you have it by the computer? I often leave mine on the desk and it ends up under it - and sometimes, because they're both black, it's sitting on top of the keyboard and I still can't see it...

I have to retrace my steps, when did I remember having it last, what did I do after that - made a cup of tea, got milk out of fridge, check fridge, ooooh, there it is..... you know the kind of thing...

    Hope you find it...

    Hello all :)

You've been even more chatty than ever! I trust it's all been on topic :p but I'm afraid I've sat at a computer for long enough today so I won't catch up.

I've only been home 20 minutes and am absolutely whacked, went to do a 30 minute promotional talk after work and it took me 2 hours to get home. Annoying thing is its 5 minutes walk from my colleague's house but for some reason I ended up doing it! 12 hours out of the house and a half hour lunch break are not good things. Still, I get the time back and have Friday and next monday off.

I'm going to attempt to do something to the kitchen later, but it won't be much, probably just S&S! DH put some pasta on for me and I was glad of the spag bol i'd made last night...enough left to knock up a quick lasagne too for the freezer (bulking with oats works wonders! :T)

Before I forget, froddy let me know if you want to bounce around ideas about a London meet, I've got to know quite a few interesting places since being here, I could even lead a short walk if people wanted! :A
