    Hellooooooo

B0g all done this week but motivation in the shape of my DS is back again (I missed him terribly) so I need to do something TODAY. Have not read anything of the thread pretty much all of this week so apologies to all those of you who have things going on. Did just see raphael's weight loss and engagement so massive congratulations to you.

OH and I with DD spent all day yesterday looking at caravans and have taken the plunge and put a deposit on a 2008 Eldiss Avente 556 so would appreciate any help/tips for novices from those of you in the know. Lilme and AnW's mum to name 2 lovely ladies I can immediately think of, if you wouldnt mind spending a few mins to PM with with anything you can think of that "you wish you'd known that sooner"!

Right I am going to go and fly as last weeks washing is still sitting in the Dining Room and I have to start on this weeks and cook a roast dinner so hopefully will pop back later.

And Pigpen I promise [STRIKE]I will[/STRIKE] we will do better next week

    See ya later

Hi X-raph big congrats on your engagement and the weight loss.

Been to Lidl and paid firework money.

Just going to get changed as I need to restock the wood store from the huge pile at the bottom of the garden - the children will be helping if they want me to light the fire before bedtime!

Ooh ta Greenbee I'll get some later...
I have been persuading her to exercise..sent her to dance class yesterday because I know moving helps...I am really dreading this for her because I have always had pain and cramps both before and during... only improved recently but I am keeping that information to myself IYSWIM. I did take the pill for a while and that helped of course -but she's only 12! Part of the problem yesterday was that she didn't take more after 4 hours...

I for the most part am lucky and don't suffer too much most months but when I fee; carp I dose myself up for 24 hours on parrots and that usually sorts it. Hugs for your DD

It looks like its just ordinary bulbs for the cheap and cheerful energy saving ones (all bayonet fitting too). I'm after some LEDs to replace the halogens in my kitchen when they go, but they're expensive. I splashed out on a dimmable energy-saving bulb yesterday to try in the living room - it works, but it makes a faint buzzing noise.

Everything in the garage now sorted and posted on Freecycle. First collection this afternoon. Hopefully there will be more. Problem seems to be that everyone who is interested can collect while I'm at work  and I'm not working from home again until Friday, when I've got the day off to do the final bit of packing up!

Valli - it might be worth doing some research for your DD. Things must have moved on since you and I had to deal with these problems! I had a horrible time from 10 until about 14/15 when I finally saw a gynae who helped get it sorted. His opinion was that women shouldn't have to suffer, and he was vey helpful in making sure I didn't have any problems during my GCSEs/A-levels which might have affected my results. Gin works, obviously, but I think she's a bit young for that! There are lots of herbal options (devils claw, black cohosh), and acupuncture etc. may work too. I'll let you know how the reflexology goes!
