    Morning

After I posted yesterday I suddenly got a lot worse - Flu! spent the day either in bed or on the settee wherever I could get comfy cause I ached all over, spent half the night awake cause I never sleep when I'm ill plus I hate breathing through my mouth  , took parrots then Lemsip etc etc drank lots of water, still felt ill this morning but I seem to have perked up a bit now tho I've got the sickly sweat from hell going on - I'm soaking but it's a good sign, I like sweating it out.

Still no flying today as I've got work tomorrow so need to be as recovered as best I can, I did potter in the living room mainly removing a hoarde of used tissues - bleurgh....and a host of used cups (mine) just sent teenie to the shops for some leccy....and he's gonna do the kitchen for me when he gets back...Bless him. Supposed to be going to see the Fireworks tonight but don't thik I'll be going, I was only taking littley really bu nana phoned to say she was going and did littley want to go with her - so problem sorted.

Anyway, back to my settee and fleecy, hope all those still feeling poorly are better soon particularly serena & SS.

Thanks for all the get better messages - *mwah* :hello:

ETA: vivw I love those ticks - I must have them :D

    Morning all

One load of washing draped round indoors, it's not raining any more but it's very dull and damp.

Roast dinner roasting. This afternoon I have to move stuff out of the bathroom ready for tomorrow.

    Welcome to newbies :)

Valli - get Aspro clear. It's easier to drink, and comes in two strengths. Obviously you'll have to go round half a dozen shops to get all this stuff... Get her to eat a banana or two as well (potassium helps cramps) and go for a little walk as it helps get everything moving. I've started trying to sort my problems out with reflexology, so I'll let you know how it goes. Yesterday's session is certainly having the expected results!

Must get dressed and have breakfast, then back to the garage to find more stuff to freecycle! I'm still way behind on the packing up of the utility room :o

Ooh ta Greenbee I'll get some later...
I have been persuading her to exercise..sent her to dance class yesterday because I know moving helps...I am really dreading this for her because I have always had pain and cramps both before and during... only improved recently but I am keeping that information to myself IYSWIM. I did take the pill for a while and that helped of course -but she's only 12! Part of the problem yesterday was that she didn't take more after 4 hours...
