Hi,
Hope everyone is well and welcome newbies/returners. Today I've done volunteer work, shopped, done laundry, brought back wheelie bins, emptied bins, washed up and tidied up. Goodnight0 -

LMAO @ shoes, didn't think anyone had noticed

AnWsMum you read my mind, email draft waiting for me to edit when I feel less emotional, I doubt it even makes sense in it's current form. Triker, yes, same company his mother works for (who he's called all the names under the sun for going) and my friend did, supposedly they're offering him an engineering role (what he's qualified to do) but I think either he or they are talking crap, he's always been the agressive and emotionally resiliant type, hence the way he is now, he matters to him, never sure if anything else does, he's never been the type to show something hurts him in any way, his Mother is the same hence she manages fine (being honest I think she's a totally ignorant b.....) . Valli, maybe you're right, maybe I should be packing his bags for him, he's never been perfect, I do love him however for some strange reason. Soappie, very wise words as always, I think that you will be right, I have said I won't stop him but I can't lie saying I support him. Thank you all for your lovely messages and understanding, it just all hit me so much and I needed to talk to someone without talking ( I can't mention it in front of the boys as they have anxiety issues as it is)
Hails just come down so loud I can't hear the TV next to me, DS2s thankfully slept through it, DS1s still awake and a bit fretty about it, so going to try to keep him busy. Now started thunder & lightning too, weird, DS1 not impressed! One day I might be more organised...........

Like someone said the other day, I'm not flying - just taxiing round the airfield! Simply cannot motivate myself beyond cleaning the shower room (did that this morning before work and I am NOT spraying CIF in a confined space when I'm all full of cold EVER AGAIN *cough* *splutter* *barf*.
All I've done is go through the motions at work and then come home, thwacked a few things on the forums here, cooked scrambled egg etc.
So, I felt really Eeyore-y and sorry for myself....and then I read Lil Me's post.
Sweetie, what can I say? A head cold is nothing to what you're going through. Sending you huge virtual hugs and keeping you in my thoughts.
SummerMoon - how frustrating for you, love... thinking of you and hoping you manage to get something sorted.
So, to all who need a hug, here's one from me

Sweetie, not good then........well you can only try to talk to him, is there anyone who has been out there that will 'tell it like it really is', he needs that balanced view.
I've met a few folks who did that kind of work and whilst the money is phenomenal, so is the stress. However for some reason it seems to appeal to some people, like they're addicted to the adrenaline or something
Good luck, I wish I had some answers for you or even the softest, snuggliest, tissue to dry your tears, but all I can offer is a listening ear hun.xx
