Thought the doc would have taken samples though - it's been over a week, is that not long enough then? Don't want to frighten you, but DS had salmonella and was in a terrible state by the end of it, they sent us home from the hospital 4 times until they finally decided that they eyes rolling back in his head and his yellow, sweaty palour was not normal - might have been something to do with the fact hubby was a tad mad at the time too before they finally tested him and then had him in isolation for a week...
Dont worry, i'm good at nagging:D We had the same problem with LO when she was about 15mths. She had rotavirus and ended up in intensive care, my mums doctor came out to see her and couldnt believe the hospital had sent her home - bare in mind she has a serious heart condition too. He made us take her straight to the hospital and she went up to ICU straight away. She was limp and pretty non responsive by this time:eek:

My mother's wake was in the local pub 2 doors down from the Church, we prefilled the junk box with money tokens, and got people to select a song or two, and had a wonderful time, and I know she would of approved.

The local tourists were asking the landlord if they could join in, he explained it was a wake, boy did we get odd looks.

Okay LR is now done if you don't look at the settee which has my ironing pile on and the bay window which needs sorting out. I'm sure I've done all of tomorrow's list though.

Does anyone else think pigpen's being a bit mean this week? Yesterday I'd finished the list for 9.40 in the morning and I still didn't get a dog biscuit!

Okay I need to sort out DD's bed as it's being collected shortly. I also need to clear the stuff out of the hall so there's some room.

We never used to empty our van for winter......used to put bowls of salt in it to absorb any damp and no harm ever came to the cushions
We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.

lol when DH died W was too young to go to the funeral but he came to the wake in the church hall afterwards. It was lovely because as far as he was concerned it was a party and he, Miss A and their cousins were all running round eating sandwiches and having a lot of fun. It certainly helped lift the spirits of those that were there.

We never empty ours out either, just make sure everywhere is clean, the fridge door is left open and the water system drained.
