  • Hi,

Bonsibabe have you spoken to the British Legion about your housing problems? They were really good with us when we need help (ours was private rental though but worth a shot) they said they wish ed more younger people would contact them for help cos thats what the poppy appeal is for. Even if they cant help they give really good advice and are very knowledgable and helpful not just in housing but funishing it and debt advice and legal advice etc etc. If you want any more info just contact me.

£10.00 from another scratchcard transferred today and 93p from card sold on eBid.

Today I made £17:j - my chap asked me to go to the shop for him to buy some fags:rolleyes: so I asked what he expected me to buy them with because I only had £2.75 left in my purse to last me until at least next week or beyond:eek: - he kindly gave me £17:D

Horrid horrid week for me - 2 cars with problems!

OH's up for MOT - failed with a VERY big list of problems - cost £215 to fix (at substantial discount - garage man is friend of grandad's ;) , £45 MOT and £66 car tax. Then my tyre blew out yesterday - turns out both front tyres were bald so had to buy 2 new ones today - £98!
So that's £424 on cars this week - help!

Other than that been running around trying to sort things out for my holiday next week - squeezed in most of the challenge and 5 days left before I go away to finish it off.

Am very concerned I am getting addicted to this challenge though - this morning caught myself a little distressed that i won't be able to do my free scratchcards for 2 weeks! :rotfl:

Hope everyone is having a good weekend - and in case i haven't missed the love-in altogether - i think everyone on this forum is loverly too!:T

2 Mystery shops today, 1 Thursday, 1 Friday, 2 Sunday, 2 Monday and 1 Wednesday - they've been like buses recently, haven't done one for weeks then 9 in a week! most should get paid at the end of this month fingers crossed, 2 at end of December.

Also Itsyourview called me earlier and I did a very quick phone survey for £2 - shame their payout rate is so high.

So no actual money to add but things are in progress and will try and ebay tomorrow night.,

Have you tried Pigsback, Surveys, Free Bongo, Quidco (some free sign-ups for money)? Also - if you're trying Amazon, try Play.com (Playtrade) at the same time with all your items as there is lest competition on there
