  • Reeeeally good day today. I've received £17 from cashinco, £44 from quidsin and withdrew £10 from one of my scratchcards so £71 altogether.

Not expecting much cashback next month though as I've hardly done any offers in the last couple of months :S All the cashback I'm getting now is from things I did over the summer.

Sold a book on Greenmetropolis, so will add that when I transfer the money out next week, and thanks to a £5 scratch and a bonus £1 today it looks like I'll be able to cash out there too again this month, plus a bonus £2 on take a break - just need to find my driving license or passport to prove my ID....

    Hello :(

Please don't tell me off - my signature looks bad but I just haven't had any money in yet and had o rely on my little savings pot. I nearly didn't come back to post because I am so ashamed.

But today I have realised I have some money in tomorrow and also this morning I sold some baby bits on Netmums which are going on Monday - so come Monday my signature should look a lot better.

It is a bad month because DH had a sick day in work (unpaid so £90 down) also it is his 30th birthday party tomorrow so that is costing a small fortune and there is work being done on the house.

Anyway going topull my finger out and I am determined to make the £300 by the end of the month !!!

    T xx

    Hi All,

bonsibabe, thank you for your words of encouragement, I had a fab month september (i had lots to sell) and an ok month last month. I still have loads to sell on ebay it just seems to zap all my energy(pathetic I know).

    Tashja,
    who would tell you off?
even if you only make a few pounds all month they are pounds you didn't have before! :)
I've found that nothing will come in for me for ages then suddenly im half way there... im sure that as the months go by it will be harder but I am determined to get rid of my natwest cc before I go for my mortgage renewal in february so I must make the 300 p/month! (or at least have a damn good go!)

I have had £13 worth of Love2Shop vouchers that I got for a few surveys, sat in my purse since September. I sold them for face value to my Mum (she was buying something in one of the shops anyway).

And I'm waiting for £20 that I won from my scratchcards (In one scratch! How lucky!)

Dex you are very welcome - that's what this thread is all about isn't it? - helping and encouraging each other lol

Tashja - do not worry or be ashamed - I made £3 last month in total! I am up on last month so am happy with myself for that! Just keep going and it will get better!

I just had some good emails - two from cashinmyfone saying that the two phones I sent them had been received and both had passed their tests (not bad considering one had a faulty ringer and the other did not work at all!) so hopefully a couple of cheques arriving soon. Just got to wipe phone number 3 and send that off.

I think I will see if I can nab my dad's old phone if he still has it and get that on as well!! Every little bit helps the pot!!

Tashja please don't stop posting cos you're not doing well. I havent reached the target in months - its the trying that counts! I've found even on days I haven't made anything posting keeps me motivated. No idea why - sounds odd i know.

    ehh nothing to add today.

Jesa - how very MSE of you re the fireworks!

Hope everyone else has a nice weekend!
  • Just found 35 Euros and 8 US Dollars - Just checked on the post office website and I can cash them in for £23.61! - Off to add it to my total!
Also saved £2 on some John Frieda hair stuff today with a voucher, but I only want to count money I 'make' as I probably wouldn't have bought the hair stuff if I didn't have the money off coupon
