That's only for Premier customers. The CSR who takes the call will tell you to redial 150 unless you are a genuine Premier customer.

150 still seems to be working this afternoon, and the remaining minutes option is also working. in the time that it was "down", i only managed to get top the menu once (that was after about 20 seconds of silence). i usually let it go over a minute and still got nothing.0
