Better not, because I've only found out about this by Caterina sending me a text message and then a PM! Shows how much time I spend on OS ...

grandmasam, :money: we don't need gladioli, you just come into Weatherspoons and look for the bunch of crazy women (with a couple of longsuffering men in tow) who will be peering round the place looking to see if anyone is looking lost.

Is that bright green coat coming again? I'll have some pink about my person if I am there.

I have updated the first post of this thread, this is what I have said:

SUNDAY 6th DECEMBER 2009 OS SE LONDON MEET PLANNING:

An Irish OSer, MeanMarie (not mean at all in fact!) will be in London in early December 2009, let's give her the welcome she deserves, she is a lovely lady and I have had the good fortune to meet her in Dublin and also in Sardinia - long story!

I propose that we hold a SE London meet (of course open to everybody from everywhere, who want to travel to SE London) on Sunday 6th December at the Wetherspoon pub in Greenwich, London SE10. It is in the centre of Greenwich and easily reached by DLR (station just below the pub) and BR trains from central London, as well as buses and tube (North Greenwich tube plus a short bus ride).

Please let me know if interested - I am going to be there anyway to meet my friend but all other OSers are very welcome, it would be great to have a good number of local OSers to welcome our Irish friend!
