Caterina, I'd love to come to Croydon next week, but won't be able to as I'd have to leave home at 7.54am to get there. (Plus I am meant to be at work till 12.30 though I could have asked to swap my day off.)

I checked direct gov journey planner for lakeside as well as a matter of interest as that's fractionally nearer, but I guess I'd need the same train as I'd still have to leave at 7.54!

Think I need to learn to drive...

Anyway, I'd be up for anything nearer Suffolk if there's anyone who wants to meet up in East Anglia (with our ridiculous lack of Ikea! )

Sorry I won't see you all....money very tight here as we have discovered problems with electrics and damp...afraid to even think what it might cost to rectify them....problems of living in an old house!

Marie sorry I won't see you this time and about the house problems, hope you get them sorted soon. We will meet again, I keep meaning to take DH to Ireland, maybe in the spring, who knows? It won't be in Sardinia for sure as I had a major falling out with the family - unless we meet in Alghero that is and I don't tell anyone that I am there!

Jojo and D&DD now I am really starting getting excited about the meet! Looking forward to it, very much!

Let's all wear a visible safety pin so we can recognise each other, I shall also carry a blue/yellow spotted shopping trolley. Can't miss it!
