  • Congrats from me as well Antronella :T :D
  • @veronarona thanks for feedback, yeh i figured £7.50 for what is advertised as 200 cigs(so im guessing probably 100) aint bad as its essentially a little more that 1 box of fags.
i was kinda hoping id only have to spend 1.50 on a pack of cartridges per week saving me alot of money. oh well i'll see this week.

ive got no idea what is the normal price of these things ive seen the same one advertised on amazon for 35 quid for 2. can anyone recommend me a good one which is similar to marlboro lights and the price of it?
  • I can't recommend any similar to what you've been using because I've never tried them, nor your cigarettes (I chainsmoked unfiltered Golden Virginia). Re weekly outlay, buying replacement carts might seem cheap enough, but how long do the batteries last? If you don't want to come along to All About (link in my previous post), where there may be others who've smoked the same analogues as you and be able to gauge what would suit you, then I suggest you see how you get on with ones you've got for a couple of weeks, then "take stock".

It's very difficult telling someone to spend money on a particular product that may not suit them, especially if they have a set idea on what it must resemble. There aren't any flavours that truly taste like tobacco, but most vapers happily convert to all sorts of weird and wonderful flavours from caramel to whiskey cream to strawberry :p I do know some "juices" that tobacco-lovers recommend, but you'd need refillable carts to use them.

my other half has given up (4 weeks now) using the 10 motives cigarette- started with the throw away ones from tesco £5.99 but we then learnt that a rechargable one is available on the website
www.10motives.com now these are £13.99 + £5.99 for each pack of 'filters' partner has menthol filters & says they are great.
the website says that each filter is equivalant of 15-20 cigarettes, so a huge saving over the year while cutting down we worked out partner would save about £1500.

    £2 saving club £140
  • OH might be able to refill those cartomisers with juice (huge choice of flavours and strengths), and if the cap comes out of the cartomiser you can fit a nice comfy drip-tip (mouthpiece).

Depends how long the batteries take a charge as to how much money can be saved.
