ok it is scanning. it has found 2 infected objects so far. do you feel confident that you can guide me through fixing this? i really need to sccess my e mails! i will try cutting and pasting half the report first in small print to see if that works

I have probably got about another 30 minutes or so.

Just out of interest, can you access the site from another computer? All I'm thinking is that then we know it's your computer and not something else?

i might go to my sisters tomorrow to access e mails etc. i think it is the pc as it is so many things i can't access. like 3 different banks, 4 bingo sites ebay hotmail msn etc. if it was just bingo sites i would have thought it could be me blocked from the site but it is too many sites
