What a c0ck you are.....
Great thanks, any part of my post that was wrong or do you just enjoy name calling?
.
If this was a first time buyer who had been suckered by developers or over extended themselves and lost their job they would have my deepest sympathy. As it is this guy was playing the great BTL game and he lost. Boo Hoo.

But While i understand your frustration I cant be too sorry for you. I could've done exactly the same as you did... but I used my head and didnt.
Am i missing sumin here??? Im sorry but i didnt ask for sympathy or 'feeling sorry'.....I asked for some advice as i was recommended by a mate to join this site. I cant thank enough the majority who have given be the best advice they can, but a select few like yourself need to understand that although im grateful for any advice which comes my way, i dont really need to put up with comments that have been comin out of your like. So please if you don thave anything useful to say.....theres always other threads here.

In cases like this, the best option all round tends to be finding someone who will take the property on for you. This should be acceptable to the developer and should not trigger the exchange bond.
Good Luck[/quote]
Thanks for the sound advice mate, thats exactly what im in the middle of doing right now. A few 'rich' mates who have nothing useful to do with their money are really interested in the flats. They coming tonight to view the site. We all left uni couple of years back but these guys had their daddy's money to exploit.
Im still gonna get to the developers again and see if we can come to some solution.
Fingers crossed mate, hoping for the best now. Thank you very much for your good advice.0 -

If not you were blinded by GREED.

So that covered the legal side. What about the financial side?
Only yesterday did i find out that a deposit in the form of a 'discount' is fraud. What I dont understand is how then do developers get away with advertising openly?? But thats not my worry now is it?? Hopefully i might have found someone to take it on.0 -

It's good.
But the bottom line is: you need to get proper legal and financial advice now. Don't skimp on these. You need a good contractual solicitor and proper financial advice (not some spotty herbert down the High Street who drinks WKD and goes clubbing every Friday).
Good luck.
And keep us informed, we do like to see how people get on.
Thanks mate, will definately do that. Currently in talks witha few people who have money to throw, they look very interested in the flats.....will keep you updated. thanks once again.0 -

I can't see what terrible thing the OP has done
good luck next week
Thanks mate, I cant see either. But seems like alot of people can. But thats is not the concern. Got myself into this, will get myself out. Positivity is the key. At least im a bit wiser now...lol.0 -
Why don't you buy another couple of cardboard flats at the now reduced price, and make it double or quits. You might pick the bottomof the market this time.Krusty & Phil Madoff, 1990 - 2007:
