If you've filled it up, it will delete pics and videos before deleting music. If you plug it in, and click on it in iTunes, it should say at the bottom how much space is available. That would be my first guess...0

If you have removed the videos from itunes and are autosyncing they will delete them from the ipod. If that is any help.0

no I never deleted anything, the vids were there on the ipod from before, then went and put some more music on, the music sync went on fine got all that but for some unknown reason it took all the videos off the ipod...the videos are still there on the itunes nothing touched but when I put the music on the videos left and all it says now is no videos you can download videos from itunes on the ipod with a blank screen

Did not delete them and the ipod is not full far from it,ipod also fully charged and working fine apart from where are my videos ?....0 -

OK then, lets see what your computer is trying to put on. When you plug your iPod into the computer, it should appear in the Sidebar in iTunes. Click on it, and you'll see a tab with the general settings for it, and along the top you'll see tabs for music, videos, pictures etc. - go into the Videos tab and make sure that all videos, or your selected videos, are chosen to sync, then click apply at the bottom right... Let us know how you get on0

The last software update seemed to change the default sync option on my mac. I changed the video sync option off, and then dragged the videos from the computer folder to the itouch folder manually
