If you buy tickets off eBay that a risk you take...
You can't do a paypal chargeback after 45 days...
And Im sure the CC company might frown upon you buying tickets from eBay tout scum...
so explain that when you want to do a chargeback...
Plus I think its 6 months for a CC chargeback so may well be out of luck there in some cases...
So you are relying on the word of a tout to deliver

I tried to get tickets to Take That today and luckily I was fortunate enough to get some from seeticket which is a genuine place to purchase them, after I bought them I saw on ebay (just being nosey) that touts had already put loads on most of them for 30-50% higher price. Where do people like this get off???? My sister who is a genuine fan like myself (no counting for taste hey!!) nearly missed out, probably due to hundreds of touts who are after a quick buck in ripping off fans who could not get through.
