    Don't know what to say really as the situation's so ridiculously frustrating for those still waiting (had mine on the 29th). I'm thinking of all of those still waiting and wondering, and wishing as hard as I can that today's the day!

    Just called KE yet again to confirm that I am on the list, which I was and my details were reconfirmed only to be told that there is now NO deadline for my payment! My details will be re-logged and resent to ING via email for them to action. But I'm not worry as someone will call me tomorrow or next week ... blah, blah, blah :confused:

    I am getting fed up with all this BS from them. I need the money to pay for my familys holiday flights which so far have risen in price from 430 pounds in October to 490 pounds when I checked this morning. :mad:

    According to Alister Hemmings reply to Northernstar the only way your money would go back into your account, is its been rejected by your linked bank for some reason.

    It may be worthwhile wantage to check this with someone in authority at your linked bank, not just their call centre.

    Did you get any explanation for this comment? It seems completely at odds with all the other (albeit erroneous) promises re. repaying people's money. I'm surprised you're still sane

  • The call-taker that I spoke too "John", took me through the security questions and then asked how he could help; I said that I was calling for my daily dose of KE BS about my missing BACS payment. He asked was it the 10K transfer from the 6th October or the 2.6K one from the 8th ....

    He asked when I last called and then explained that the ING details on the website weren't up to date :rolleyes: I was then put on hold for 3mins whilst he went to check with someone (either that or a coffee-break) and on his return told me that there was no ETA for my transfer and he could not give me a deadline - at least that's the first honest answer that KE have given me! And of course someone will call me back, which I've been told before and of course have never received.

    Updated list of people awaiting transfers 1300 6th Nov

    Anyone viewing this thread who is not in receipt of their transfer, please check your name is on the list .
    As I will be at work during the day it will be difficult for me to keep a close eye on who is new and needs adding or who is getting paid – I will try my best. However it would be best if people can, please PERSONAL MESSAGE me if you need adding or removing – do NOT edit the list yourself.
    The total “missing money” for 18 out of 34 is £ 449,415
    16 transfers from 7th/8th October
    6 transfers from on or after 9th October

    If anyone else wants to PM me their amount and date I will add them to the list!
    No more offshore banking for me :rolleyes:

    THis is totally,totally beyond belief!

    ING,you are an absolute shambles,and when the true extent of your incompetence comes to light,as it certainly will do,there will be hell to pay!

    I've seen a few stunts in over 30 years in business,but never,never,have I come across such a complete and utter mess.
    Where is the ING spokesperson,where is the chairman,where is anyone from this pathetic organisation capable of doing ANYTHING correctly??

    I keep popping back on here to see whats happening,so sorry you guys are still waiting for your money back,its unbelieveable.....hope its sorted soon.

  • Following an email I sent this am, I have just recieved the following email:

    I apologise for the ongoing delay. We have been advised that one batch of payments did fail, the reason for which is currently being investigated with the clearing bank. These payments are now being resubmitted and will be in your linked account by the end of today.
