Hi Guys - mines just arrived......:j
- after giving them some grief up til lunch at KE- asking team leader to let me talk to London, then let me talk your manager, refusing to be fobbed off, insisting if they can't tell me when I will get my money the least they could do is tell me when they will be able to tell me, well let me speak to someone who can plse, etc.etc. No shouting, no swearing - just continuous pressure on getting better than deplorable service.
Not sure whether it was their motivator... but I thought I'd feel better!
I was promised a call back at 3:00 which didn't happen... but I'll settle for the cash instead:cool:


Hope mine is the start of the final roll call - fingers crossed for all those waiting.
This thread has been a rock for me as without it one'd feel like no progress was being made. Thanks Guys - I'm still around for moral support :thumb:

Yes I understand, I am infact one of the fabled "Chaps 30" still no sign of my funds as of 16.30 Tuesday, nor any call from KE to indicate I'm one of the "Problem 35". Does anyone know what is counted as "close of business" by KE? What time have funds tended to come through the last few days. I have to say, it is impressive how many of those of you who have received your money a few days back have stuck around to give solidarity and support to those of us whose funds are still lost in cyberspace. It is appreciated.

With luck most of those 30 should be sorted today though I have a sinking feeling about seeing mine today. It may be that some already have been and have not thought/had the opportunity to update the list.

Anyhow for anyone else still waiting as of 16.30 - you are at least not alone.
