That's strange. I have a problem with that Company. I ordered a mobile phone battery from them on 25th November. They debited my CC the same day and I'm still waiting for it. I emailed them and they said they would send me a replacement which again I haven't had. I rang my CC company today and they are sending me a form to complete. Is this a known problem with this Company?0
